Shipping and Handling
Your items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We ship Canada Post Standard Ground unless otherwise specified at the time of your order. Please note that any other shipping method will be at an increased cost.
Cost of Shipping:
Greater Edmonton Area --> $5 flat rate
$0-50 --> $10 shipping
$50-$150 --> $15 shipping
Over $150 --> FREE shipping in Canada!
Due to the increasing cost of fuel and demands on our time, if you live in the Greater Edmonton Area, shipping will now be a flat rate of $5.00. Free pick-up can also be arranged.
Returns
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. All SALE items are a final sale.
