Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Your items will be shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving the order.

We ship Canada Post Expedited parcel service unless otherwise specified at the time of your order. All orders are insured up to $100.00.

Flat-Rate Shipping in the Greater Edmonton Area: $7.50

*As we do often host monthly Babywearing meetings, workshops and gatherings within the city of Edmonton, arrangments can be made to pick up your order at one of these events or locations. Please ensure that you order at least 24 hours in advance and let us know in the comments section that this is your preference.

To Mainland United States:

We use Canada Post Ground Parcel services  We can not guarantee insurance on all packages and there may also be additional duties or taxes that apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

*For US orders, please allow extra delivery time for customs clearance.

International Orders:

Please contact us and we will get a cost estimate for you on shipping to your country.
